Assessment
All WANCOM solutions begin with a thorough review of your existing network infrastructure and systems and your unique business needs. We make sure that the technology and services fit your business requirements; we only build solutions that fit your needs directly.

 

Before reaping the benefits that VoIP has to offer, you must be certain that the network has sufficient bandwidth to deliver high-quality voice calls without adversely affecting your existing data services.  You need to know in advance how many voice calls your current network can safely support.  WANCOM utilizes NetAlly, the leading solution for VoIP-specific network assessment and performance assurance.  We will provide NetAlly reports to answer these question without the cost of pilot deployments, or the risk and time demands of a trial-and-error approach.

Design & Engineering
Our experienced team creates the best combination of AT&T services and ShoreTel technologies to make your solution successful. Our design process utilizes either single vendor or multi-vendor environments to create a custom solution for your business. WANCOM then uses its expertise and experience to map out a problem free installation.

Implementation
In the implementation phase, our certified solutions delivery staff turns your custom design into a working reality. We are your on-site partner, installing, staging, and configuring your hardware and software, while providing you progress reports to measure your successful implementation.

Distributed Call Processing with Automatic Failover to PSTN - without Servers/Disk Drives at Each Site
Call processing logic resides in each ShoreGear Switch without reliance upon spinning disk drives.  Each ShoreGear switch processes calls as a member of a network of other ShoreGear switches or as a standalone with automatic power-failure to the PSTN. The entire network of switches is elegantly managed by one ShoreTel server with one voice mail system:
